AAHHH so many gorgeous covers! I may or may not have spent several seconds just staring at A Thousand Pieces of You's cover. Yep your choices are spot on.

That Maggie S. cover is gorgeous - I'd never seen it before!
All of your choices are so pretty! I'm a huge fan of "romantic" covers too, and also typography.

I'm weirdly drawn to eerie covers; especially Some Quiet Place. ;) Great picks, ladies!
So many gorgeous covers. Practically drooling over them. I prefer your cover for Perfect Ruin. My UK version isn't as pretty.

Love Everything Leads to You's cover. I had dresses on my list as well! I forgot about Eva Lavender when I made my list! So many great covers!

You've made so many amazing selections! I think I am most drawn to the typography, simplistic and intricate covers.
A Thousand Pieces of You is really cool -- that's a cover that makes me want to pick up the book to figure out just what is going on!

I love the list you ladies came up with! Those are some really great covers. I'm still trying to get use to the new Anna and Lola covers. I honestly liked how fun the old ones were, but I can understand wanting to have them match with Isla. They definitely aren't bad covers though. I did my post strictly on one trend, and it was tough. There was no way I could go through a lot of the trends like you ladies did.

Typography is now my favorite think to look at on book covers, especially because they are becoming more of a focus on them as of late. I love it!
My recent post Review: Rebel Belle by: Rachel Hawkins
Eerie covers are super on trend right now! They're definitely attention grabbing. Great list!
Blue Lily, Lily Blue is one of my favorite covers ever. Between the colors and her face, it's just beautiful! Great job thinking of so many trends!
I love the cover for Everything Leads to You! Also Blue Lily, Lily Blue is beautiful! can't wait to read those two :)

Love those simplistic covers (and THE BEAUTIFUL SORROWS is even prettier in person). A THOUSAND PIECES OF YOU is so gorgeous and I need it framed on my wall. And THESE BROKEN STARS is so pretty, too, and THE DISTANCE BETWEEN US is adorable!

Ooh, I love your picks too! I'm so drawn to the pretty dresses. I know people say they look generic, but pfft. Who are we kidding?! THEY'RE JUST GORGEOUS. x) Thanks for stopping by mine!

You've got some of my favorite covers…Clockwork Princess and The Distance Between Us especially. Great list!
My recent post Mini-Reviews: Random Books
first time seeing the cover for The Quiet Ones and it definitely does look creepy. Clockwork Princess cover is so beautiful :D So is Wither XD
Typography: yes, I love the cover from Everything leads to you, such a pretty font.
Dresses: also on my list. There is still something about it.
Places: A thousand pieces of you is stunning.
Graphics: art/illustrations, my favorite type of covers! I also love simplistic.
My recent post Let it go #3. Once we were, Stepsister's tale & Finnikin.
Your choices for Blue Lily, Lily Blue & Stormdancer are great! I think we need more art, less actual people.

I had such a hard time putting these into categories! You did an awesome job though :) I love all these covers, especially the ones for Blue Lily, These Broken Stars and Angelfalll. Thanks for stopping by!
Lots of great covers here. Out of all of them, my favorite is ITSOB. I remember at one point writing about the cover and the hovering ghost, and I was surprised at him many people didn't notice the ghost! It's so eerie, and it captures the mood and the time period of the book so well.
My recent post Review: I Am the Mission by Allen Zadoff
We definitely have similar tastes in covers because I agree with ALL of this! :D<3
Something I hate are face covers and those couple covers with no good backgrounds. And how about those badly photoshopped covers? No thank you.

Wow, great choices, ladies! I agree with every single selection and love how you sorted them out. I LOVE typography and chromatic covers. I also really like the cover model/covers for the Chemical Garden trilogy! I feel like a bunch of people didn't but I thought they were great and I liked how concrete things from the book were represented!
