Cinder was one of my favorite reads of 2012. I thought it was imaginative and exciting and ever since I put it down I have been dying to get my hands on Scarlet. I have heard good things from those lucky enough to have read it already which just adds to my excitment. I really expect this to be another favorite. Fortunately, I only have to wait a couple more weeks!!

Everybody has been telling me to read Cinder! I'm so hesitant because the idea of cyborgs is a bit iffy as I'm not a huge fan of sci-fi. I may just read Cinder now :P
ReplyDeleteI've heard heaps of talk of Scarlet and had no idea it was the sequel to Cinder until now haha!
Thank for stopping by my own WoW earlier <3
I recommend you give it a try! It obviously had sci-fi elements having cyborgs and all but it wasn't overwhelming to the story in my opinion. It was a great and imaginative retelling!

ReplyDeleteHope you get to read it soon!
